1. Do you SELL used DVDs?

Yes. We have a retail store in Southern California and we sell them there. We are looking into making our used inventory available on-line, but presently it is in-store only. If you live in Southern California, give us a call at (626) 578-7282 to get directions. We are open to the public 7 days a week.

 

2. How do you pay?

We will mail you a check within ONE business day of receiving your DVDs.

 

3. Do you pay in store credit?

No. Currently we are only paying cash for DVDs.

 

4. How do you know what to pay?

We pay a percentage of the NEW price of DVDs. We use a proprietary database that samples a number of national retailers of DVDs to get an average selling price. We then offer you a percentage of that NEW price.

 

5. Do I have to sell you my DVDs once I fill out the form?

Absolutely not. You have no obligations to us at all. When you send us your list, we will reply with prices for each DVD individually. You are free to pick and choose which DVDs you send us, or you may choose to send us none at all. You do not need to notify us in any way, no matter what you choose to do. We do ask that if you DO send us your DVDs, you do so within 10 days of receiving our price quote.

 

6. How should I ship my DVDs?

You can use any method you like. We strongly recommend, for your own security, that you use a method that requires a signature upon delivery. UPS Ground and USPS Return Receipt are the cheapest methods. More details on shipping and packaging will be included with the e-mail quote we send you.

 

7. How long have you been in business (Or, how do I know I'll ever see a penny!)?

Sell My DVDs.com was created in March, 2000. The parent company, Interact!, has been in business since1994 and has been buying used CD-ROM software on the Web since 1995 at: http://www.interactcd.com. We are an established company that thousands of people have learned to trust with their used merchandise.
